Remote into LCSOAPP01
Type certlm.msc into the Windows search bar
Navigate to Personal > Certificates and look for padtrax.lcso.org
If all are expired or close (2-3 months out) open Certify the Web on the desktop of LCSOAPP01
Select the padtrax.lcso.org certificate and click Request Certificate
If there are duplicate padtrax certificates in certlm.msc, delete all except the most recent one.

I THINK that IIS will automatically use the new certificate because it has the exact same name but I am not 100% sure.
If padtrax.lcso.org continues using the wrong certificate do the following to correct it:
Type IIS (Internet Information Services) into the Windows search bar and open it as an admin
Navigate to LCSOAPP01 > Sites > Default Web Site
Click Bindings on the right-hand side
Double click the padtrax entry
In the dropdown for SSL certificate select the padtrax.lcso.org certificate and click OK.
The change may not be immediately evident due to caching of certificate information so give it a bit and see if padtrax.lcso.org is using the correct certificate again.
