Outlook Desktop App 


1. Open Outlook on your computer.*


2. Click on the 3 dots (More Options) in the bottom left navigation bar:


3. Select Folders:


4. Open the Public Folders dropdown, and locate the calendar you want to add:


5. Right click on the desired calendar, and select Add to Favorites


When you return to your Calendar tab in outlook, you should now find the shared calendar under Other Calendars. Click the calendar to view it. 



Outlook Web Access (mail.lcso.org)


1. Log in to mail.lcso.org for Outlook web access.


2. Right click on Favorites, in the top left of your mail view. Select "Add public folder to Favorites".


3. Select the desired calendar from the list, then click "Add to favorites" at the top of the page.



Outlook Mobile Phone App (shared calendars unavailable)


Shared calendars will not be available on the Outlook mobile app (on your phone).
