**YOU MUST PLUG INTO AN ETHERNET CABLE AT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS” SHERIFF’S OFFICE, SDO OR MINNEOLA.
1. Navigate from the Windows logo in the lower left hand corner to the RUN command.
2. Type the word certmgr.msc in the RUN box > Click OK
3. When the Certification Manager pops up, click the drop down for Personal, then click on certificates. Right click anywhere in the white space within the certmgr box > All Tasks > Request New Certificate
4. Next you will the Certificate Enrollment Box > Click Next
5. The Request Certificate screen will be next, it should state that the status is available, click Enroll
6. In the next pop up box, click “Set Security Level….” Select High > Next
7. Enter your chosen password > Finish
Password requirements: Minimum 20 characters (spaces count)
Reasons passwords are declined: Not at least 20 characters
Include your name (first or last)
Include your job title, department you work in, or Agency Name
9. Before exiting the certificate manager. Right click on the expired certificate > delete. Close the certificate manager.
It is suggested that you go ahead and change your Windows password and Spillman password now that they are on the same expiration schedule.
