The steps for access to MUNIS Self-Service are as follows:
- Log into the LCSO website
- Go to the Benefits Section and click on the “MUNIS Self-Service” Link
- The log-in for Self-Service is located on the upper right hand portion of the screen. Click to access
- Enter your user name. Your user name is your first initial, last name and MUNIS ID number with no spaces. Please do not confuse your MUNIS number with the employment number assigned to you when hired. The MUNIS number may be located on the top left hand side of your check/voucher stub under the title “Emp No.” (i.e., jdoe1234)
- Enter your password. For your first sign-on, your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number. Once this is entered, you will be prompted to change your password. The new password must be at least 8 characters long.
