When a document is completed in DocuSign, for which you were involved in or were listed to receive notification upon completion, you will receive an email notification that looks like this:

Click the “View Completed Document” link to open the document in a web browser.


You may have operational tasks to complete as a result of this document (i.e. Change of Status). This automated notification replaces old notification emails that were manually sent out when a Change of Status document was completed.


You are not required to sign in to DocuSign in order to view the document, just click on the link. 


(Optional: you may log in to your LCSO DocuSign account to view a history of all completed documents that have been sent to you.)
