Save Password to Sheriff’s Office Website

Firefox

-    Login to the sheriff’s office website

-    Once logged in, go to open menu at the top right corner of the screen indicated by three horizontal lines

-    Click on “Logins & Passwords”



-     Click on “create new login” at the bottom left corner of the page 


-    A box will display Asking for website address Username & password 

 

-    Type in “ intranet.lcso.org “ for website address 


-    Enter in your username & password for the sheriff’s office website & click Save 


-    Now close the tab, open a new tab & return to the sheriff’s office website, if you were already logged in, proceed to logout and the username and password should fill the fields automatically.


If you were not logged in the user ID & password field will be blank follow these steps 

-    Click on the either the ID field or the password field, it will display this box clicking on the box will autofill the login information for future sessions. 


*** This will need to be done per station, and the process will have to be redone after a password change to your windows login. *** 

 

Follow steps below if using Chrome 

-    Open Chrome browser 


-    Go to sheriff’s office website 


-    Fill in your ID & password BUT do not login 


-    Navigate to the “KEY” towards the top right corner of the page next to the website address

 

-    it will ask you to save your password, proceed to save and do not turn on device sync 


-    You can then login to the sheriff’s office website and log back out to test or refresh the page to test , in either case your username and password will fill automatically 

*** Chrome is also subject to password changes if you have done a password change to your windows account, it will need to be changed on the browser as well. ***
