In order to streamline our IT support service, we have added a contact survey to the LCSO On-Call:



As a reminder, if you need immediate IT assistance during normal operating hours, please contact the IT helpdesk at 352-343-9512


1. If you need assistance after hours, please select one of the options for "How can we help?"




2. If you see a description of the problem you are having, select it from the list. You will be presented with some basic info which might immediately resolve your issue. 



After reading/attempting this basic troubleshooting tip, if you still need help then click "I still need help". 

OR 

If you didn't see a description of the problem you are having in the list of options, select "Other Issue". 


3. Either way, you would be presented with a text box for you to describe the issue you are having in a bit more detail



What you type in this form will create a ticket for our Computer Specialist who is on-call.

If you need immediate assistance, click "I need help now!" and you will be presented with the phone number for the IT on-call Computer Specialist for you to contact for immediate assistance. 


If you need assistance with this issue, but can wait until normal operating hours because you can continue to do your job without immediate assistance (not a work-stoppage issue) click "I can wait." In this case, IT staff will review the ticket created by your survey submission and get back to you during normal operating hours.
