Performing a Bunker Inspection:
This action is ideal to be performed from the mobile app. Screenshots below are from the Asset Panda mobile app.
1. Tap on the hamburger icon in the top left, to access the menu options.
2. Expand the Groups section, and select "Inventory Locations".
3. Select the inventory location "HDT Bunker"
4. Tap the red button in the bottom right for actions to perform on this location. Select "Bunker Inspection".
5. Your account name and the current date-time should be displayed. Tap Save to submit the inspection as complete.
Inspection Report:
Reports can be run from the mobile app or web browser, but we suggest using the web browser because it will be much easier to handle the output file (.csv) from the report.
- Log in to lcso.assetpanda.com
- Navigate to the Reports section
- Under "Action Reports", click on the title of the report "Bunker Inspections" to run this report.
Your browser will either immediately download the .csv file for the report, or send you an email in a little while with a download link*
* If you get a download security scan that looks like below, this is normal. It is an email security feature to protect you from other download links that may be malicious. This report file will pass the check, and you may proceed with the download.
