Permissions: Any sworn officer can enter a weekly reevaluation review. Classifications supervisors can approve the review.
Log in to the LCSO Intranet and open the Admin/Protective Custody web application.
On the main page, which lists all confined inmates, a Weekly Review quick action button (in green) is provided to submit a weekly reevaluation.
Note: If a confinement has not yet been submitted and approved, it will not have the option to review it yet. (See first row in example above)
The officer is required to enter some brief comments, and indicate whether they suggest that the inmate remain in confinement or not.
A weekly reevaluation review can also be submitted from the confinement details page:
Note: The option to approve/reject a reevaluation review is limited to Classifications supervisors.
For these supervisors, weekly reviews can also be approved from the Approvals tab.
