The following reports can be run from the LCSO Rosters web application:

Note: you do need to be accessing the app from a computer to have access to reports.

Available to supervisors only

Absence Summary:

The absence summary will classify absences with a letter code:

  • A: Annual leave
  • S: Sick leave
  • L: marked late to shift (if applicable)

You should get results for all employees who have been on your roster in the past 30 days when downloading this report.

Monthly Summary:

The monthly summary is intended to show at a glance the regular working locations of employees that have shown up on your roster in the past 12 months.

This is computed as the most common location that the employee has been scheduled for during that particular month. An employee will be listed on this report if they have worked at least 12 times on this shift during the duration of the report. Be aware that if an employee frequently works overtime covering locations on your shift, you will see them on the report if they meet this threshold, even if you do not personally consider them a "regular" employee of yours.

Formatting Reports after download:

Reports from the Roster app are provided in .csv (comma-separated values) format. This is a standard file format that you can open in Microsoft Excel. If you prefer to add specific formatting to the file (i.e. font style, colors, etc) you can do this from your Excel program after downloading.

If you do so, save a copy of the report as an Excel workbook so that your formatting will be retained the next time you open it. (CSV's are unformatted by design.)
