This administrative action is limited to Fleet staff to manage agency vehicle numbers.

TaskUpdate the vehicle number for an employee in our agency directory, so that this can be used as a reference for assigned vehicles.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to lcso.org/chart
  2. Search for the employee for which you are updating the vehicle assignment. Click on the employee to navigate to them in the org chart.

  3. You should see details about the employee to the right (on desktop). If on a mobile device, click on their profile card to open the details view.
  4. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to their vehicle number, type the new assigned vehicle, and click out of the field. You should see indication next to the field (a check mark) that the autosave has been successful.


Outcome:

The employee's assigned vehicle should be listed under their contact info, and the employee show up in search results that look up that vehicle number.



NOTE: For employee's that are issued more than one vehicle, please select the number which would be considered their primary (that we should show in search results). Similarly, if an employee is issued a vehicle that we do not want in the agency org chart for all employees to see (eg. SIU), then you may opt to exempt their vehicle listing here.
