This administrative action is limited to Radio staff to manage issued mobile phone numbers.

Task: Update the mobile phone number for an employee in our agency directory.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to lcso.org/chart
  2. Search for the employee for which you want to update their mobile phone. Click on the employee to navigate to them in the org chart.
  3. You should see details about the employee to the right (on desktop). If on a mobile device, click on their profile card to open the details view.
  4. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to their mobile number, type the new phone number, and click out of the field. You should see indication next to the field (a check mark) that the autosave has been successful.

Outcome:

The employee's mobile phone number is now listed in their contact info.


NOTE: Radio staff has admin rights over mobile phone numbers, employees with an applicable desk phone are expected to manage their own desk line. Since the mobile phone listing in our official work directory should be issued phones only, personal (non-work) cell numbers are not intended to be included in this directory.
