Log in to the LCSO Intranet Gun Safety Class web app to administer the following:
Adding New Course Date:
The Upcoming Classes tab is always accepting new dates. Simply fill out the blank date at the bottom, and click the green Add New Date button. New Gun Safety class dates become immediately available for pre-registration on the public page at www.lcso.org/gun-safety.
Updating a Course Date:
If you need to modify the date for an upcoming gun safety course, click on the blue Edit button to the left of the event date. Click Update to save your edits. If you change the event date and people have already registered, it is advisable to email the registrants to update them of the changes.
Removing a Course Date:
If an upcoming course date needs to be cancelled, click the red X to the right of the event info. You will need to click it a second to confirm the removal of this event date from the calendar. If you are removing an event date and people have already registered, it is advisable to email the registrants to update them that the event has been cancelled. If you plan to utilize the ‘Email Registrants’ feature to contact the registrants regarding event cancellation, please do so before you remove the event from the calendar.
