Click that tile to open the details for the booking page.
You have several options in the left menu:
- Calendar: view of the bookings that people have made
- Booking page: this is where you can change the rules for your booking page (details below)
- Customers: (probably not needed for your purpose, can ignore)

Staff: this is how you can add another administrator to manage the page
- Services: this is where you can configure room booking options (details below)

Business Information: here you can add an address, phone number, and email address to be associated with these room booking events.
Booking Services options:
- Basic details: title, description, duration for the booking

Availability options: the defaults should be good to use. If you want to change the default availability settings (M-F 8am-5pm), consider changing it on the Booking Page default availability instead of on each individual event.

Blackout days: If you would like to block off certain days for a room to be unavailable (holidays, etc.) you can set custom availability during a date range.

Assign staff: Because this is a booking with a specific person, Brittany Roach, we actually want the checkbox enabled that "Events on Office calendar affect availability". If Brittany has another event on her calendar, we want to automatically block off anyone from requesting a photo appt with her.

Custom fields: this is where you can add additional questions to the event booking.
We have set these fields on each of the original booking options:

Email reminders: it is advisable to set the feature for automatic reminder emails ahead of the booked time.
Booking Page general rules:

Available to people in your organization: currently enabled.

Default Scheduling policy: set the minimum lead time, available booking hours, etc.
