Camera Will Not Pair with Axon View (phone app)
If your BWC is not pairing with the Axon View app, try the following resolutions:
Resolution 1: Verify the camera model in Axon View
- Open the Axon View App on your device
- Tap the Gear icon located at the top of your screen

Under the Camera section, verify that the correct BWC model is selected.

If the model is incorrect model
- Tap the arrow located next to the current model being shown
- Select the correct BWC model you are attempting to pair with.

If the model is incorrect model
Resolution 2: Check Bluetooth Settings
- Ensure your Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on again, then try pairing again
Resolution 3: Unpair from Fleet Dashboard
- Open Fleet Dashboard on your MDT

Look at the Devices tab to verify your BWC is not paired.
- If it is, you will need to unpair it before you can connect with Axon View.
