Camera Will Not Pair with Axon View (phone app)

If your BWC is not pairing with the Axon View app, try the following resolutions:

 

Resolution 1: Verify the camera model in Axon View

  • Open the Axon View App on your device
  • Tap the Gear icon located at the top of your screen
  • Under the Camera section, verify that the correct BWC model is selected.
    1. If the model is incorrect model
      • Tap the arrow located next to the current model being shown
      • Select the correct BWC model you are attempting to pair with.

 

Resolution 2: Check Bluetooth Settings

  • Ensure your Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
  • Turn Bluetooth off and back on again, then try pairing again

 

Resolution 3: Unpair from Fleet Dashboard

  • Open Fleet Dashboard on your MDT
  • Look at the Devices tab to verify your BWC is not paired.
    1. If it is, you will need to unpair it before you can connect with Axon View.
