What is the Axon Capture App?
- A mobile application that allows users to capture audio, video and photos as evidence
- Captured media is automatically deleted from the device once it is successfully uploaded to Axon Evidence
- The app also supports sending Axon Community Requests
How do I limit disruptions during a video or audio interview?
Disruptions (ie: incoming calls or notifications) can force the app to stop recording. To minimize interruptions:
- Turn on Focus on iPhone
- Put the phone in airplane mode
Why are the categories not showing?
- Ensure you are logged into the application. Categories will only load when a valid user session is active.
Why can’t I send a Community Request?
- Confirm you are logged into the application. Community Requests require an authenticated user session.
