Follow the steps below to upload Verkada archived camera footage into Axon Evidence

 

1. Log in to Axon Evidence

  • Open your web browser and navigate to lakecountyfl.evidence.com.
  • Sign in with Windows credentials
  • Complete any multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts if required.
  • Once logged in, keep the session active.

 

2. Upload to Axon Evidence

  • Return to Verkada and locate your completed archive.
  • Hover over the archive entry and click the ellipsis (...).
  • Select Upload to Axon.

 

4. Enter Required Metadata

  • Work Email Address
  • Category (select the appropriate evidence category)
  • You will receive an email notification when the evidence upload from Verkada to Axon Evidence is complete.

 

 5. Locate the Evidence in Axon

  • In Axon Evidence, go to the Evidence section.
  • In the User/Group field, enter your ID number.
  • Press Enter or apply the filter to display your uploaded evidence.
  • Verify that the uploaded video appears and is accessible.


6. Add Case Number in Axon

  • Once you have located the uploaded video
  • Click on Add.
  • A window will pop open.
  • Enter the Spillman case number and choose Update
