Problem: When trying to run a tag, you receive the error below.

Possible Solution: The connection settings may be missing key information. To check/fix this issue, follow the steps below.



Step 1: In Mobile, click Tools at the top, then Connection Settings (shown below)



If you see something in the Client ID field (example shown below), no action is needed. The issue may be something on the admin side. Please call IT for further assistance 352-343-9512.


If the Client ID field is blank, continue with the following steps:


Step 2: In the Windows Search Bar, type About Your PC and open it (shown below)



Step 3: Copy the text next to Device Name (Example below. Your's will probably start with FZ55)


Step 4: Paste it into the Device ID field in Mobile and click OK


Step 5: Run a tag to confirm it is fixed. If the error still occurs, contact IT at 352-343-9512
