Purpose

This article explains how to log in to Fleet Dashboard, manage recordings, tag videos, and properly sign out.

Launch and Log In to Fleet Dashboard

  1. Launch the Axon Fleet Dashboard application from the desktop. 
  2. Log in using your Windows credentials and complete MFA authentication. 
  3. The Video Viewer screen will open. 

From the Video Viewer screen, you can select which cameras to:

  • Start recordings 
  • Stop recordings 

Tagging a Video

  1. Select the Video icon
    (second icon from the top on the right-hand side of the screen). 
  2. Enter: 
    1. Spillman Case Number in the ID field 
    2. Appropriate Category or Categories 
  3. Select Done. 

The video will begin uploading to Axon Evidence.

Corrections Vehicles Only: Logging Out Before Tablet Shutdown


This section applies only to Corrections vehicles with tablets.


Before shutting down the tablet:

  1. Select the Gear icon. 
  2. Select Logout. 
  3. Close the application. 
  4. Turn off the tablet. 


Failure to properly log out will result in videos being incorrectly assigned to your account.
