The Details tab provides additional metadata and technical information about an evidence file. All sections are expanded by default. Select Collapse or Expand for each section to show or hide its contents.
Metadata
View and update key information about the evidence file, including:
- ID
- Title
- Category or Categories
- Description
Retention
View retention-related information, including:
- Queued for Deletion — Indicates whether the evidence file is queued for deletion.
- Effective Retention — Shows the category that determines the deletion date and the retention period configured for that category. If multiple categories are selected, this field displays the retention period with the longest duration.
- Evidence-Based Retention Date — Shows the retention date calculated based on the evidence.
