How to Download Axon Device Manager
For Supervisors Only
Downloading Axon Device Manager from the Apple App Store
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for Axon Device Manager.
- Tap Get to download and install the application.
- You may be prompted to double-click the side button to approve the installation.
- If prompted for an email address and password, enter your Apple Account credentials. These are not your Windows credentials.
Launching Axon Device Manager
- Open the Axon Device Manager app.
- When prompted for the Organization URL, enter: lakecountyfl.evidence.com
- Tap Continue.
- When prompted to allow Bluetooth access, select Allow so Axon Device Manager can find nearby devices.
- Select Sign In, then tap Continue.
- If prompted to allow Axon Device Manager to use id.evidence.com to sign in, tap Continue.
- Review the Sign-In Agreement, then tap Agree & Continue.
- If your account is displayed, tap Continue.
- If prompted to sign in, select Continue to sign in with your Windows Credentials.
- Enter your Windows credentials and complete MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) when prompted.
