Purpose: Microsoft Publisher will no longer be supported after October 1st, 2026. If you have any Publisher files, take the steps below.
Make sure to complete these steps on ALL Publisher files BEFORE October 1st, 2026.
Step 1: Open the Publisher file you’d like to save.
Step 2: Click File
Step 3: Click Save As… à Double click OneDrive à Select the location you’d like to save it (in the example below, I chose the Documents folder.)
Step 4: Click the box next to Save as type: and select PDF (*.pdf) from the menu.
Step 5: Once PDF is selected, click Save
Step 6: Repeat these steps on all Publisher files you have.
