If you are an LCSO employee, you do NOT have to create an additional account to submit tickets or use this helpdesk portal.


When you see a log in screen that looks like this (image below), simply click on Sign in with SSO.

This will take you to our familiar agency log in screen, where you can enter you regular LCSO username/password.


Do not use the email/password option at the top, unless you want to go through unnecessary extra steps. That option exists for users outside of LCSO who have a legitimate reason to submit helpdesk requests.
