Logging in to helpdesk.lcso.org with LCSO Credentials

Notice: LCSO employees do not need to create a username or password.

Step 1: On the homepage (lcso.freshservice.com), click Sign In

Step 2: Click Sign in with Azure AD (Do not enter a username or password)

Step 3: If it asks for a password, enter your Windows password. You will be prompted to authenticate with DUO.

Outcome: You will be logged in.
