Problem: When trying to use the fingerprint scanner on the device, it constantly says initializing.

Symptoms: Device never stops saying initializing

Possible Solutions:

                Main Solution:

  1. Ensure device is unplugged from the charger
  2. Close out of the MobileID app and reopen the app

Desired Outcome: The next time the fingerprint scanner is needed, you will see a popup asking for permission to use the scanner, hit 'OK' and you should be able to use the scanner
