Purpose: Rebooting a Cradlepoint manually due to connectivity or location issues.
Instructions:
Step 1: Pull over and locate the Cradlepoint.
Most Cradlepoints are installed behind the passenger seat.
It is a black, sandwich-sized box (pictured below.)
Step 2: Locate the power cord plugged into the side of the Cradlepoint. Press down on the top & pull to unplug it (shown below)
Step 3: Wait 20 seconds before plugging the power back in.
Step 4: Once it’s been plugged back in, the Cradlepoint will take 5-7 minutes to reboot and gain service.
