There are different paths depending on the browser you are using.


  • Chrome
  • FireFox
  • Edge
For the browser you are using, you will be adding the eAgent 2.0 url to the list of allowed sites to give pop-ups / notifications.

Chrome:

  1. Open browser and go to three vertical dots in the right-hand corner.


  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.


  3.  A new tab will open up. Select Privacy and security on the left and then Site settings at the bottom.


  4. At the bottom of site settings, you will click on Notifications. 


  5. In Notifications, make sure that Sites can ask to send notifications radio button is selected. Then click on the Add button next to Allowed to send notifications section.


  6. Add eagent2.flcjn.net url to allow pop-ups / notifications from in the area provided and then click Add.



FireFox:


  1. Open browser and go to three horizontal dots in the right-hand corner.


  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.


  3.  Select Privacy & Security on the left.


  4. Scroll down toward the bottom until you see Permissions. Make sure that Block pop-up windows is checked and then click on Exceptions...


  5. Add eagent2.flcjn.net url to allow pop-ups / notifications from in the area provided and then click Allow. After that url has been added to the list, click on Save Changes.
     



Edge:


  1. Open browser and go to three horizontal dots in the right-hand corner.                   


  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.


  3.  Select Cookies and site permissions on the left. Then click on Notification.          


  4. Make sure that Ask before sending (recommended) is turned on and then click on Add in the Allow section.


  5. Add eagent2.flcjn.net url to allow pop-ups / notifications from in the area provided and then click Add. 


Outcome: Once the step have been completed, you will start getting pop-ups / notifications from eAgent 2.0
