Purpose: Adding an agency printer to your computer (so you can print to it)
Instructions:
Step 1: At the bottom right corner of your screen, click the little caret icon (it looks like the icon below)
Step 2: Click the printer icon with a green addition symbol (shown below)
Step 3: A webpage should open. On the left, you will see a list of locations. Click on the building you’re in and floor you’re on. This will open a map and/or list of printers.
Step 4:
If you are using the map, hover over the desired printer and click Install Printer
If there is no map, locate the printer on the list and click directly on it.
Step 5: Click Yes on the box that appears (select Set as default printer if you want it to be your default printer)
Outcome: When you go to print something, the printer you just installed should be available for you to select.
